PERSONAL INJURY

The emphasis of many of the members of Pryor, Flynn, Priest & Harber has always been personal injury law, which includes a wide variety of cases, all of which have one thing in common – a person or persons who were injured as the direct result of the negligence or wrongful conduct of another.

Pryor, Flynn, Priest & Harber handle many cases involving different types of automobile, truck, water craft, and motorcycle collisions; injures sustained in aircraft crashes; injuries sustained in a fall down at a business establishment or private residence; injuries suffered in all types of construction and workplace accidents; and animal-related injuries. Burn injuries, paralysis, back injury, neck injury, and fractured bones are among the types of injuries routinely evaluated and considered for representation.  Electrical shock, swimming pool injuries, and off-road recreational vehicle injuries have been sustained by clients of our firm.

All attorneys at Pryor, Flynn, Priest & Harber are experienced litigators in the field of personal injury.  We represent people who are injured or lose a loved one as the result of the fault of another.  We do not represent any insurance companies or corporations in personal injury litigation.

Our firm employs a full-time registered nurse as a medical/legal assistant to review potential cases and research medical issues for the initial evaluation of the merits of the case.  Our medical/legal assistant allows the firm to quickly and efficiently evaluate our clients’ medical related issues.  We also employ an investigator to assist in collecting evidence such as photos of an accident scene, interviewing witnesses, records and background research and collection, and coordination with local agencies for reconstruction reports, etc.
