Donna was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a graduate of Halls High School (1975) and worked as a deputy clerk for Knox County Circuit Court upon graduation from high school. She began work with John Harber and Richard Baumgartner in 1979 and joined Pryor, Flynn, Priest & Harber as Mr. Harber’s assistant in 1980. Donna assists Mr. Harber in his practice which includes dispute resolution, family law and domestic relations, personal injury, medical malpractice and professional negligence, defective products, wrongful death, and worker’s compensation.
