Eddie Biggs joined the firm in February of 2005. Mr. Biggs holds an associates degree in criminal justice. He served as instructor at the Knoxville Police Academy and conducted numerous outside speaking engagements.
Mr. Biggs has experience conducting thorough interviews and in-depth investigation of cases. Duties include:
- Evidence collection
- Site visits
- Case review
- Witness interviews
- Record and background checks
- Court attendance
- Client relations
Mr. Biggs retired from the Knoxville Police Department in January of 2005 after 31 years of service. During his career his duties included service in the Patrol Division, Organized Crime Unit, and Criminal Investigation Division. Mr. Biggs served as supervisor of the Homicide Unit as well as Liaison Officer to the Chief of Detectives which sometimes included acting as Chief.
Investigator Biggs is married to our firm’s receptionist, Pat Biggs, and they have two children and a granddaughter.
