Frankie was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a graduate of Halls High School (1975). She joined the firm in 1991 and received certification as a paralegal in 1993 attending the University of Tennessee Paralegal Studies Program. She is a member of the Tennessee Paralegal Association. Frankie serves as legal assistant to Timothy A. Priest. She assists Mr. Priest in all phases of his practice which include personal injury, medical malpractice and professional negligence, wrongful death, defective products, worker’s compensation, and employment law.
