Pat was born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, and moved to Tennessee as a young child. Pat worked for the Knox County School System for 14 years before joining the firm 
in the fall of 2006 to serve as part-time receptionist. Pat is a 1970 graduate of Knoxville Holston High School. Pat is married to Eddie Biggs who serves as the firm’s investigator. They have two children and a granddaughter.
